Ogilvy is one of the largest marketing communications companies in the world providing a comprehensive range of marketing services including advertising, branding and identity, shopper and retail marketing.

  • Built Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up. Worked closely with account business leaders to create a strong matrix environment

  • Led a team of 10 people including Project Managers (PM), Developers, Digital Artists and Quality Control Managers; responsible for Digital Production of American Express with a yearly budget of CAD +3M

  • Spearheaded FastTrack business unit within Ogilvy. Achieved +70% YoY increased revenue across accounts while growing and protecting margins. Improved business model while managing a yearly budget of CAD +1M; fostered client relationships and acted as trusted advisor for clients

  • Planned and deployed +12 complex global net new Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) campaigns. Managed entire project lifecycle from ideation to go-to-market execution, with budgets ranging from $150K - $3M
