For ten years Volaris has broken paradigms: not only being highly efficient but also giving wings to a large part of the population.
I was in charge of managing the account for Volaris which is the second largest airline in Mexico. We did the branding project in 2006, then the Company became the leading competitor in the Mexican airline market with a market share of over 30% of domestic traffic.
They called us in 2015 on the occasion of the 10th anniversary to make a brand refresh, communicate their new business plan and conquer new markets. I coordinated the whole project from the first meetings where we received the brief, to sizing the project, quote it, making a work proposal and presenting it in a meeting with more than 20 Directors including the CEO and CFO; In summary I coordinated each stage from Brand Strategy, to Design and Implantation where we had to develop more than 100 deliverables in just 4 weeks.
